It was a lot better 5 years ago.
Things were being made.
Now , not so much.

Re: Hello! Again after about 5 years hiatus!
Hey welcome back!!
Like Pickelhaube said not much going on, but He didn't mention that He has made a 1:18 King Tiger and a Jagdtiger kit.
I don't remember if you were still here but He also made a Horten Ho-229 Flying wing kit as well, just fantastic!
Also Grunt1's Battleground Toys has had shapeways make 3-D printed kits of subjects not offered by the 1:18 "big guys", outstanding stuff!
It's not like the old days but 1:18 is still alive.

Welcome back! Glad to have a veteran member return. What Pickelhaube and Normandy have said about the state of the hobby is pretty much accurate for 1:18 scale. Quite a lot of movement in the smaller scales, however.

Hey guys!
Glad to hear from all of you again
I miss the good old days of 21st being at TRU and also sold at the Electronic Boutique stores (1:6). It seems like there is NO more interest in realistic military toys to be developed and sold. 1:18 is practically not existent and 1:6 has become a luxury hobby.
BTW, any of you near Virginia?
