1:18 SCALE SUPPORT GROUP MEETING

Post by ZBEAR » Fri Dec 16, 2005 10:08 am

HI MY NAME IS ZACH AND I AM ADDICTED TO MILITARY VEHICLE AND FIGURE COLLECTING.
I WAS VERY GLAD TO FIND THIS FORUM. MY WIFE TREATS ME LIKE I AM CRAZY. SHE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND HOW A GROWN MAN,37 YEARS OLD, LIKES TO GET AND PLAY WITH TOY TANKS.
I STARTED AS A CHILD WITHG THE CORGI 1:50 SCALE TANKS AND THE ORIGINAL 12 INCH GI- JOES.
IT LAID DORMANT FOR MANY YEARS UNTIL I STARTED TO COLLECT THE 1:32 COLD STEEL WHEN THE CAME OUT AT WM.
NOW I AM GOING FULL FLEDGED CRAZY EVERYTIME I SEE A 1:18 SCALE TANK I MUST HAVE IT.
I GUESS AS FAR AS ADICTIONS GO IT ISN'T TO BAD.
PLEASE DON'T HELP ME RECOVER
I JUST WISH THERE WERE MORE GERMAN WW2 FIGURES AVAILABLE
NICE TO BE ABLE TO SET UP A BATTLE BETWEEN THE GOOD AND BAD GUYS

THE TROUBLE COMES NOT FROM CHASING WILD WOMEN BUT FROM CATCHING THEM.

Zbear:

You want Germans to play with? Take a look at some of the "dark side" 1/6 boards, the ratio of Germans produced to American is like 8 or 10 to 1.

These guys rave about a new figure and the only difference is more stubble on the face script and a new kind of cammo on the smock.

I am in both 1/18 and 1/6 hobbies. You can be in both and be happy. Unless you are into planes and if that's the case, 1/18 interest will keep you happy for a long time. :D

Welcome aboard.......and by the way, it's not considered polite to use CAPS all the time.
