Spitfire mit Metallbeplankung (1053)

The fighter was used mainly during the second world war by the Royal Air Force. With good luck can be seen flying the plane scattered on many. Wow nice looking model!, 1:11 scale seems an odd choice.

Greetings:
Did a little digging and this appears to be an Authentic Models piece. I have some of these planes and have been very impressed with the details. They are more decorative pieces than models with an antique appeal and feel. Their Ford Trimotor and Gee Bee planes are wonderful.
Nothing on their website about it yet...but it does have the Authentic Models item number. Hopefully they release it in the U.S. and it is not a Europe only release. Looks interesting.
