An idea i had. Many sales should be happening for Presidents Day. Often newsletters or email alerts contain coupon codes that others may not know about. So share them here!

Adamjets.com has a PD sale til Monday of $20 off any purchase of $100 or more. Code is PD2014.

They sell mostly small scale airliners but have a handful of Gemini, Hobbymaster etc warbirds. Prices and shipping are a bit on the high side but as a result they have harder to find items, i'm told.

I have never purchased there but have read both negative and positive comments about their service (negative being rude, poor communication, slow shipping).

what do you guys think about having a permanent sticky thread along these lines, where members can post deals, sales info, coupon codes etc?

A sticky thread would be a great idea. It should be made available in both the 1:32 & smaller forum as well as the 1:18 scale forum... Some of those retailers carry more than one scale.
