Aviation72?

Post by aferguson » Fri Oct 11, 2013 8:27 am

Does this company reissue Altaya models with new paint schemes or do they do their own toolings? I was thinking of picking up an Altaya Viggen but i noticed that Aviation72 has one coming out for about the same cost as the Altaya and was wondering if it would be better to wait.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

I believe that Aviation72 is to Witty what SkyMax was to HM. As far as I know, Aviation72 makes its own toolings and its Swedish jets have been in the works now for several years. Early pictures revealed some flaws regarding excess antennas, nose shape, etc. plus questions about the scheme but nothing has been heard from these guys recently about possible corrections. As the models are supposedly coming out soon, I'd wait to see if they have made the needed adjustments before trying the Altaya version.
