Hey guys,
I found these guys in the Toy Reveiw magazine.Their name is Marauder inc.
The web address is Marauderinc.com. They mainly have modern weapons, but the article says they are working on more sets. The guns themselves don't look as good as the BBI weapons packs to me but I haven't seen them in person.

Yeah, they have been around for about 4 months or so I believe. The 3 3/4" Joe collector's are all over these guys with rave reviews of their products.

Well, I'll be able to post a review shortly. Just ordered some stuff from them, including the "Complete 11-Gun Set", so I'll see one of everything they own.
Was a little disappointed that they didn't sell wooden stock AK-47's individually, but I made up for it by buying two of the sets that did have them...

A few things - Series one are oversized for true to scale accuracy. The guns are also designed for GiJoes, without trigger guards sometimes. I was not that impressed with series 1, nor did I think there was anything I had to have.
However, the pics of series two are UNREAL.

The detail on the modern RPG is crazy. There is a Tommy Gun with removable high volume magazine. Each weapon is more wow than the next in the second series - overall they look ten times better than S1, and are due in Q1 06 I think. I can't wait.

Yes, they are slightly oversized. If you want perfectly to scale, you won't like them. But, if you don't mind the size too much they are really good, especially compared to Hasbro GI Joe crap. I bought the sets for AK-47s. I really like them, especially now painting them to bring out some of the detail. I can't wait for the RPG and tommy gun, but I keep hearing of delays.

As a Joe collector first and foremost, I love these weapons. They are on par with Hasbro quality-wise and much more detailed and realistic. I have been rearming my Cobras with the AK's and Dragunovs. For the price, you can't go wrong. The next wave looks even better.

If you guys want great looking highly detailed modern weapons, check out the guns that come with the Lenard figures at Wal Mart for 97cents a piece. I buy these figures for my daughter, since she is 3, I keep the small pieces to myself.

These make the BBI M-16/M-4 guns look like crap. They have a M-16/M-4 tactical rifle and MP-5's some have a sniper rifle. They are only black plastic with raised letters, the word china on one side. Just clean "china" off with a knife and some primer and paint and these guns will go along way.

I bought a couple of those figures, but haven't unboxed them yet.
I think I'll do a 3-way comparison when the new stuff comes in.
Of course, I mostly bought the new stuff for the wood-stock AK-47's, which the Lanard figures don't have...

I ordered from Marauder last Monday.
Order arrived today.
Was going to do a detailed review, but I just don't have time.
HOWEVER, the details are crisp, the mold lines are reasonable and the value can't be beat.
The lack of trigger guards is a little strange, but they look fine in a figure's hands
