This looks like a fun build, I'm sure it's not cheap though..

A helicopter does not want to fly, it just vibrates so much that the ground rejects it

Who says size doesn't matter? That 1/48 B-52 is big!
Considering that built 1/72 B-52 goes for $150-$200, I cannot even fathom what built 1/48 B-52 would cost? Or how would you ship it?

The web site states around £95, which is probably close to $190 US. That might not seem much for a kit that sized (almost 4' wingspan) but he must be keeping his cost down somewhere. I'm not sure how a vacu-form kit compares to a injection kit pricewise.

It's monogram I think that made a 1/48 B-52 at one time, but I can't seem to find it other then that picture of the little girl holding it.

Actually Monogram made a 1/72 B-52 and B-36. They were similar in size to the 1/48 B-29 they made.

I have an old 1974ish built monogram B-52 and B-29, but I do believe they made a 1/48 scale B-52 around the same time, or a company like them did.Axis Nightmare wrote:Actually Monogram made a 1/72 B-52 and B-36. They were similar in size to the 1/48 B-29 they made.
