Has anyone ever received anything they ordered from them? I placed an order for a Starfighter in Septmember and have since found it elsewhere and wanted to cancel my order. I sent numerous e-mails and tried to call several times but no response. Then I had some business in Colorado Springs recently so I decided to check out there store. It turns out it is just a PAC MAIL store. Unless somehow has actually received something from them, I would steer clear. http://www.militarymini.com/

There was a previous post several months ago about this company and how unresponsive it is.

If you ever do get the F-104 from them and want to get rid of it, email me!

ordered the starfighter in october and still no word, no plane and zero response on their part.

The guy who 'runs' this shop is a software consultant who does this on the side. He does not give a rat's ass about you, your order or the hobby. I really hope he does not have your money. Best of luck.

BTW, I find it particularly offensive that he passes himself off as from a 'veteran' family. The implication is that he's running a business based on honesty, integrety, etc. What a fraud.

I doubt he even will get this plane in at all...

I am sorry if anyone of you got taken by this guy...

I was about to buy one of these from this place and someone on the board, it may have been you - vulgarvulture that gave me the info on this "retailer".

We need a sticky on bad online retailers, not a whine fest - of outfits like this that take your money and do NOT deliver the goods....

Yeah, this guy's 100% scum bag.

Anyone who's been taken by him should Google his name (and/or his name and Colorado Springs) and you can get his work phone number. Give him a ring at his real job. He's even got his own personal web site, so you can see from his home pictures that he lives very, very well.

Hey Bravo5 Where have you seen the F104 at? Walmart? I know that piss pore customer service is no excuse for running a business like military minis. I know I have a small business I run on the side out of my apartment. I deal in 21st Century Toys and i can tell you a lot of the bigger retailers get the new items in way before us little reatailers even see a pre-order form from 21stC. Matter of fact I just got the order form last week for the F104. So maybe military minis dosnt have it yet. But he should be able to at least send you an email or somthing. One thing I learned from working in retail the last 14 years is the Customer service is number 1. If the guy dont want to answer your emails I would cacelle your order with Him. By the way I dont have any F104s.
