Saw this on eBay. Says its almost a foot long. Working traverse and elevation.
Does not look U.S. but maybe Brit, German or Russian.

i guess. I think it might be just as easy to build it from scratch. Almost everything is the wrong shape/size. It is good 'inspiration' though and the 76.2mm gun was an extremely significant weapon, historically.
