Is he a board member? I was really surprised that they had the skill to do the interior like that but no weathering or detail on the paint job, almost looks like a "factory-ish" paint job. If I could get it for low enough I would buy it and repaint it.

I am selling the Panther tank.
I bought it already the way it was.I am selling a few of my personal collection armor pieces to get some resin kits from pickle and battleground toys.
The person who i bought it from is really talented, but i met him a little to late.He was moving to 1/16 scale.
The Hitler head was sculpted by plastic boy.I am still offering those to the board members for $10.00.Anybody interested feel free to PM me.
I hate to depart from the Panther, but a lot of resin kit have been made lately and i need to keep up.

I love the Panthers interior!! if you do some basic weathering (dirty it up alittle) to the outside you may be able to sell it for what you want or more!TankAce wrote:I am selling the Panther tank.

Yes,that is another custom tank that i bought about a year ago.believe it or not this tank is mostly made of foam laminated with cardboard.the same type found in arts and craft stores.there is also a few parts made with balsa. The tank construction is very strong. It is not fragile by any means. It change the way i use to think about stuff made of foam.Jnewboy wrote:Tank Ace is this yours??

I am not sure why the maker made it with those materials instead of styrene. My guess was to save on material cost.In my opinion the scale is slightly bigger than 1/18 maybe 1/16.I believe this because it is as big as my 1/16 elephant tank.
I did not made this tank, but i intend to try making a panzer III some day.It will be my first time making a custom tank.
I tough about the weather on the Panther, but i am not very confident in doing it until i practice with a spare parts panzer iv that i have.Once i learn how to do it.I will weathered all my 21st century tanks. I like the kind weather that Robbie makes on his vehicles.
