Dragon Stug IV

Post by DomiUK » Fri Nov 04, 2005 3:35 pm

I have in my hand a Dragon Stug IV 60117.

What an absolute beauty this one is !

So good i had to buy 2 , oh and another couple of t34s as you cant have too many t34s.

Modelzone metrocentre Newcastle also had the FOV 1/16 008 King Tiger and that is also very impressive, much better than the last one and this one includes 4 figures.

Yes I picked up the Stug in Modelzone in High Holborn London. Beuatiful little model. Also picked up the uparmoured Humvee. They also had the 1/16 King Tiger. Love to have one but where on earth to put it!

Hopefully the Dragon Nashorn might make it before Christmas

Darn, I miss the ModelZone shops! There's not many stores like them in the US, save for the online retailers, but then its alot more fun to walk into a store and see all the latest in small scale military collectables sitting on the shelf. I frequented one in Kingston Upon Thames when I was studying there a few years ago. The large display case with all the Corgi & Franklin Mint kept me drooling. I wound up giving them some good business and needed an extra suitcase for the flight home :)

Well I don't know where we Brits would be without the MZ shops. Apart from web dealers and Ebay they are about the only the only place you can get the Dragon/Corgi/Fov ranges and its nice being able to have a good look at them prior to purchase.
