What vehicle does this look like?

I know it's not really anything but it looks like a post war vehicle of some kind from some nation...anyone know the one i'm thinking of? This is a question not a quiz..

Aferg,

The chassis of the GI JOE Wolverine with added road wheel is the perfect base for a British CVR(T). As I used to make my Scimitar.......

Though I disagree with Ranger 75 on the Weasel as Chap mei have actually brought a basic Weasel out anyway,recall this thread........

I think the Woverine vehicle will lend itself to several other types of armour too. Oh just thought though,it does look a little like the HAWK tracked unit.

but i'm sure there's a tracked vehicle with two sets of rocket launchers mounted on it, in a very similar fashion to the Joe Wolverine. I was thinking more of the rocket launcher mount configuration than the chassis....sorry i should have been more clear.

I recognized the Wolverine is a pretty decent match for the British CVR chassis..both in shape and size. That's pretty lucky...

the front idler wheel looks to be an exact rip-off of a king tiger idler. I wonder where the other parts were canibalized from for the original master?

I think the vehicle is a close copy of the Marine "Ontos". The little tank that mounted six 106 recoiless rifles.

Now that would be a very neat 1/18 model.

Sorry to have to say that's incorrect, but it's actually based on the German Marder.

The Roland is just one of the variants based on that chassis fitted with antiaircraft weaponry.
I believe that pictures of that toy are largely based on it. looks like some liberal additions from other types as well. You can clearly see heavy British Scorpian / Scimitar & German Weisel influences, as well.

In short, a hodge podge!
