Very 8) 8) 8) . I was always curious why no company made WW1 figs in 1/18. I got a fig pack from the Columbus toy show a while back with a German soldier and a British soldier, but the are around 5 or 6 inches tall. Hmmmm, gives me some ideas. Btw, watch a movie called Death watch. A very intreresting WW1 horror movie. :D

Before you do the helmet needs a little work. It may sell as is but. It looks like a regular WW2 helmet. The crown sides need to be thined out and you need the vent lugs on the side . But I like I said it may sell just fine the way it is.
I have done one myself but did not finish. I would like to see how it sells because I have a few WW1 projects . In 5 years WW1 will be 100 years old. For a time WW1 stuff will be VERY popular when that happens.

Flyboy,
Did you make more than one of these figures?
You sold me this figure, another one with a spike helmet with the trench dio.
But mine did not come with blood on the bayonet. Was that extra? Is the tortise shell helmet WWI period or WWI and WWII period?

Yea, over time that rifle went missing. :? These where some of my first tries at figure modding. :) It's almost like watching home videos of your old self... Kinda embarrassing most of the time. It's amazing the kind of work I used to do. It's a good thing I'm reasonably more mature now.
