Wow, thanks for the tip about pacific coast. They have preorder price 50 bucks cheaper than bad cat.

Man these kits sure aren't cheap! $169.95 Preorder price, which is apparently one of the cheaper options! I am kind of shocked actually, I was expecting something in the $80-$100 range. Model aircraft builders help me out here, is this a price that larger twin-engine kits would usually go for?

Or you could wait until they turn up on ebay, where they should have some cheaper alternatives.
BTW - the He-111 has just started turning up in the Revell USA Pro Modeler version. The Ju-88 will be coming later (although the German kit is pretty cheap nowadays).
Which is about $30 less than the Revell-Germany version. Only difference is the decal sheet and box.

Spruebros now too! I am going to get one but am going to wait a bit and hopefully it will go down in price as the shiny newness wears off.
