My 1:72nd Scale Soviet Armor Collection

Post by Epap » Thu Mar 01, 2012 5:35 am

-----is growing rapidly thanks to the GE Fabbri subscription series, as well as FOV, Dragon, HM and others. I posted a few pictures of examples of my collection---one of each type---on the Diecast Hangar Pub and thought I'd share them here. As can be seen, there is quite a variety, including many "unusual subjects", never before rendered in diecast to my knowledge. Some of these models have been repainted and are not in their original colors or markings. We start with some WW2 era models:Image

The latest GE Fabbri tank to appear on eBay is the BT-7, but more are on the way, including light tanks like the T-70, heavies like the T-10 and that odd looking WW2 armored car with the tank turret. Here's a picture of the BT-7 from a seller's eBay listing:Image

Nice collection. Who does the BTR-40?

If you have more please show them!

Thanks, fsr. The BTR-40 is from the GE Fabbri series. I have many more, but they are all T-34s, T-54s, KV-1s, etc. from Dragon, HM, Easy Model, and others, hence they are redundant, except for the schemes.
