Times pass & go , I find my self again right in front this Item .is not second or third time but many times .Well this last time I notice the Seller had 5 offers in this $329.99 Item , and looks like the seller didn't accept any offers ,so I decide post this topic in here to see what you guys think about

I think it is way overpriced and the seller if he had offer close should take it. Basically this is the city center fountain, the hayloft set and the normandy farmhouse with some loose figures. You can find these 3 sets for easily lower than that price even on evilbay and figs you can always get.

Too much. Especially with the fountain. That's the least desirable and inexpensive piece. I couldn't see that price even if he still had the boxes. Though I haven't been paying attention to the prices on the buildings lately. None of the German figures look to be any rare ones either.
I remember buying a bunch of the buildings, a Tiger Tank, Halftrack, and 20 figures, mostly Germans, including Fallshirmjagers (never can spell that) all loose for less than $150. Of course that was about 6 years ago.
Need to dig them out and see what I got.

Where they part of the French underground?
