Released in conjunction with the Japanese live-action Aimless Aegis movie, the 13-piece Takara Ships of the World Aimless Aegis Edition Atsumi Version collection is a companion set to the 1:700 scale cross-sectional JMSDF Kongo-Class Guided Missile Destroyers that were issued as the Ships of the World Aimless Aegis Edition Sengoku Version (viewtopic.php?t=2753). The Atsumi version has 11 regular release models, while the two (2) limited editions are an all-gray P-3C Orion and a Shinmeiwa US-1A Seaplane. The JMSDF models in the Atsumi Version are mostly 1:700 scale, with the exceptions being two (2) SH-60J Helicopters in 1:144.

The regular release models in the Atsumi Version collection are:

1. 1:700 Scale JMSDF SS-583 Harushio;
2. 1:700 Scale JMSDF SS-585 Hayashio;
3. 1:700 Scale JMSDF Oyashio-Class SS;
4. 1:700 Scale JMSDF SS-575 Setoshio;
5. 1:700 Scale JMSDF SS-580 Takeshio;
6. 1:700 Scale JMSDF P-3C Orion (White Top) & Motor;
7. 1:700 Scale JMSDF MSC-684 Naoshima;
8. 1:700 Scale JMSDF MSC-685 Toyoshima;
9. 1:700 Scale JMSDF MSC-686 Ukushima;
10. 1:144 Scale JMSDF SH-60J Helicopter (#50); and
11. 1:144 Scale JMSDF SH-60J Helicopter (#89)

Originally intended to be sold like trading cards in Japanese convenience stores, these Candy Toys are sold in sealed unit boxes that "blind" the collector as to their contents until the containers are actually opened. Although these are pre-painted and pre-assembled plastic models, they are NOT finished, and will require minor assembly of detail parts that will have to be cut loose from a sprue tree. Finally, the battery-powered motors included with the P-3C Orions and Shinmeiwa US-1A Seaplane may be attached to any of the warships in this collection for some "bathtub cruising."

The following Odd Lots (individual models) are available at US$5.50 each (Shipping/Handling not included):

3 x Oyashio-Class SS
2 x SS-575 Setoshio
2 x SS-580 Takeshio

This is a split-solicitation on my part for the sale of these models:

1) The odd lots available that I have in multiple quantities have been noted above; and

2) The Round Lot (complete 11-piece set of regular releases) and various other odd lots that I have in limited numbers have been posted at my Yahoo! Auction Booth (http://auctions.shopping.yahoo.com/boot ... ngmilitary).

The unit boxes of these Trading Miniatures have been opened, inspected, resealed, and labeled with identifying information. Shipping/Handling quotes will be provided as follows: a) Domestic: USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post; or b) International: USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) or Airmail Parcel Post.

If you are interested in buying one (1) or more of the models listed above, please PM me with the following information:

a) Do you want the Oyashio, Setoshio, Takeshio, or a combination thereof?

b) How are you planning on paying for your purchase? If it's via PayPal, you or I will need to exchange an e-mail address to send or receive money. If it's by Cashiers Check or Money Order, I will provide a mailing address where payment can be sent.

c) Where will I be shipping your model? Please provide me with at least the ZIP Code or Country of your delivery address so that I can begin the process of deriving an accurate Shipping/Handling estimate.

Happy Collecting!
