Sad day at Toysrus

Post by Heer » Mon Jan 16, 2012 8:40 pm

So I went to 2 Toysrus in the phoenix AZ area and was hoping to find some 1/72 forces of valor tanks or maybe even 1/32 FOV. However, both toysrus had nothing. Like absulutely nothing. The only thing military was radio controlled tanks and some push button tank. Really sad scene in the store.

How long has it been since you've been to a TRU? They've had nothing in terms of realistic military stuff for at least two years now

You can always buy a bunch of Chap Mei (ass) stuff.
Get too hard up, buy a C-130 and fool yourself trying to make it resembling something authentic.

Yeah it has been a pretty long time since my TRU stocked realistic military items. I got a lot of my 1:72 and 1:32 stuff there. :? :(

There's almost nothing worth going in there for me now. I quit Star Wars, no realistic military. The only thing that is even close to an adult collectible there now is their die cast cars, but with Johnny Lightning all but dead, crappy Hot Wheels, the only adult cars are the Greenlights. Maybe some M2's that you can get cheaper eleswhere.

Used to get all kinds of cool stuff in there, but now they've all but abandoned the adult collector. :?
