Anyone near Modesto California?
Obviously this isn’t mine as I’m on the other coast and would be asking a whole bunch more for it if it was.

I hope someone can grab it if its still around.

Raleigh NC
I’ve bought from this guy twice already. He still has his Panther Tank listed but he doesn’t have it anymore.

He has this bbi Killer for a GREAT price. Great guy to deal with.

Great price on the 1/9 Abrams. If I was close, I'd be on that like white on rice....

Good price even if it was broke....

Cincinnati Craigslist has done well for a few of us here. We have it very well covered. Have to try a lot of different search criteria in your area though especially for loose stuff that the person doesn't remember brand names or scales. Might just be listed as "Toy Plane" or "Model Tank". Two times I found ads for model cars that just happened as an afterthought in the ad mentioned they also had some planes or tanks too. Did rather well on those.

I think that's the bbi Killer (yes 1/18)
Most ads on Craigslist are probably on the up-and-up but be aware, we've been getting some bait ads in our region that lure the buyer and then it's a switch, robbery, or attempt at ID theft. Not many, but enough to make you careful.

Looks like he deleted the listing... What was it? I'm about a 1.5 hour drive from Modesto.

I’ve done quite well on Craigslist recently. Thanks to a fellow board members tips I was able to get a Spitfire and Thunderbolt. Another ad I stumbled across had an Apache, D-Day Spitfire and a few other planes for around $20 each!
This last round of items I got from the guy that’s selling a bbi Killer for $20. I bought a COED Sherman for $15 loose and an Ambush Panther for $30 loose.
There are some good deals to be had but like mentioned earlier, you must use caution when buying. I usually do not buy unless the seller has a PayPal account.
I’ll keep positing stuff when I find it. I really hope a fellow board member snags that Abrams Tank. I paid around $300 with shipping for mine.

The Craigslist finds in Cincinnati/Dayton area have all but dried up. We were on quite a roll for a while.

I've tried craigslist locally and never got a hit, either nothings out there or I'm doing it wrong, most likely the latter

Just got done emailing a fella who is selling me a Jabo P-47 and a Lost Squad. Avenger for $100. Both are open but complete. 30 minute to 45 minute drive in some nice country, too. This will be a good reason to get out for a while in the next couple weeks.

The seller for the F-14 doesn't indicate whether the original box is still available (and the condition). And while a fair price, here's one example where the shipping would still be a deal-breaker. I could be wrong.

Just like the JSI Version. No Pilot.
I'm suprised the DOD hasn't investigated this yet. Didn't some billionaire get busted for trying to buy three F-14's not to long ago?
