Well, a Zero is certainly more famous than any Russian plane, and the whole PH angle helps there too.
I hope we
were right about the Zero so that they take our word on more stuff - but I think the Zero's success is little indication of how many Yaks would sell....that is until the collector market is large enough to support new AC all by ourselves.

I think we are almost there since BCT sells more than 1:18 AC than TRU.
Yea, BCT blew through a few thousand Zeros, but let's remember they were the only ones who had them! Has a new plane ever debuted as a small retailer exclusive? Also, BCT customers are the "hardcores" - not the grandma shopping for Xmas presents. Hell, even Grandma may know the Zero but likely not a Yak anything.
