In 1/32 and smaller, I would have to go with GMP P-51 "Petie".
VERY hard to track down, and worth $300 IF you can find one.

Honourable mention to Corgi 1/32 Mosquito, and CW F-14, and SR-71.

In the larger scales,
1/18 custom BBI CF-18 done by TKO { Zach }.
Can't post pics though.
Honourable mention to BBI 1/18 RAAF F-18. Both of them.

My favorite is the 21st 1:32 "Checkertail Clan" Double Nothin' P-51D. I really dig the scheme, especially after reading about some of the group's adventures. I got this when 21st sold at Target under another name. I think 21st folded up soon afterwards. I also love my Folgore and Veltro.
Wish I could afford one of those Corgi Mosquitoes but they are a little above my current toy funds.

2 planes I have collected that are my favorites.
A 1/32 wood desktop P-47 signed by Gabby Gabreski.
A 1/32 wood desktop F4F Wildcat signed by Joe Foss.
These are treasured and I would never part with, The rest are all just toys.

Smaller scale ; Corgi 1/72 Liberator in 120 Squadron Coastal command scheme.
Larger scale ; BBI 1/18 Hornet Red Devil which took a while to get and had a couple of false starts before I managed to snag it.
Snake: Your 1/18 winner came as no surprise!!
All the best

Re: What is your most valuable and/or favorite model?
Going small here, I love them all but the 1:50th scale resin/metal model of an M-37 3/4 ton cargo truck is my favorite and most valuable at least to me. The company from England, which produced them years ago, went out of business and they are apparently hard to find. Mine is the M-37 WW US Army version.
For such a common truck in the military, no one makes a kit or model of one. NOBODY! I own a real 1:1 version and I would love to see one in 1:35 scale at least. If I owned a Tiger Tank, I could have hundreds of models of that....

Re: What is your most valuable and/or favorite model?
Hmm... Hard to say. I've got that same Corgi Mosquito pictured above. I got it NIB a couple years ago and didn't pay full price
I have a couple FOV pieces like the S1 T-34, S1 M3 Grant, etc. that are getting up there in value (assuming Unimax doesn't re-release them).
In the larger scales, my 1:18 BBI "Pearl Harbor" Zero, 21c "Gunther Rall" Bf-109G, 21c Super Cobras, European-exclusive FW-190 tend to be pretty valuable items. I have an S1 BBI Kiowa, which for some reason seems to be valuable all of a sudden as well. Guess my BBi S1 F-18 would command a price (not like some of the others in the series however).

Re: What is your most valuable and/or favorite model?
The most valuable would probably be my 21stC spinach ME-109E, with the Galland a close second. Though it's hard to tell sometimes what's worth the most. All the Spitfires I have (except I don't have "DWK") and the BBI P-51D's "Cripes a Mighty" "Hurry Home Honey" the Pearl Zero. I got a FOV Apache, but missed the Blackhawk, and missed all the other 21stC Hueys and Cobras except for the "Air America" I don't know the values lately cause they change all the time and I haven't checked. Some you think are valuable don't go for what you'd think and others you think are less valuable go for higher prices. Though I got all of them when they were reasonable. Lucky in that regard or I probably couldn't have afforded this hobby. Like an idiot I failed to buy any of the modern BBI jets because I thought they were too high then, and now they're the highest of all.
The one I most like looking at and is my favorite is the 1:32 BBI Dauntless. I can't wait till there's a 1:18 version. It's not worth that much, but it sure is pleasing to the eye.
I have a lot of 1:18 and 1:32 armor also, Bought it along with the planes during the Walmart heydays, because they were reasonable and I love WWII stuff, but I don't know which is the most valuable. I hate to say it but I don't even know what I have altogether in armor.

Re: What is your most valuable and/or favorite model?
Probably have more 1/32 than anything but these two 1/6 tie for my favorite pieces. Have got to weather and detail them someday.

A close second would be my Samantha Payton since it was the first 1/18 plane I ever saw. It was hanging from the ceiling in a TRU. I am a P-38 nut.

If we're talking about armor, this repaint of a Figarti Stuart "Honey" is probably my favorite:

My favorite warbird model is another repaint---this time of an HM Buffalo:
