While we are asking...did they ever make a grey short barrel panzer IV in a non-rc version?

no, all the short barreled p iv's were r/c

p iv's are worth about $100-120 depending on which. The one with the sideskirts fetches the most usually....that was the european exclusive. The S1 with 2 figures is usually second highest. The short barreled is probably next and then the 2 or 3 other generic r/c ones the lowest. Sometimes you can snag them for around $80 with a bit of luck.

Dont know about the m113's but i think they go for around the same.....some else can fill you in.

I would say you are correct on the price range for the non-RC diecast S1 and S2 (European) Panzer IVs. The S2 usually tends to be the more expensive. Neither of those two tanks have ever really been cheap and have been one of the few XD items that has really held and increased their value over time.

The RC ones (including the short barreled version) I would say can vary greatly. Lately they tend to be in the $80 range like Aferg noted, but if there are more of them on the market, they can drop back closer to their $50 retail price... I was able to get a NIB short barreled Panzer IV for $50 about a year ago on ebay no less 8)

I can't give as accurate of an estimate on the M113s... I hardly ever see them. I would put the Diecast ones, especially if they were NIB, at the same level as the S1 and S1 Panzer IVs; the R/C M113s probably at the same rate as the R/C Panzer IVs. The diecast M113s were a Wal Mart exclusive only and saw very limited distribution at that. They went on the shelves and were almost as quickly discounted as I recall. I got my desert version for $10 in a trashed box in November 2004 and it was the only one I ever saw at retail.

I would agree with tman's above post, that prices vary greatly.
I picked up my short-barrel Panzer IV for $54 NiB and the R/C Desert M113 for $30 also NiB.
Of course there are higher Buy-it-Now prices on evilpay that seem to sell.
