Awesome set up! Thanks for dropping this setup into my head. I have the stand already. It is holding my f104 now. My -14 is still in the box.
coleslaw is a condiment.

Awesome repaint! It's actually an accurate paint scheme for the model/ time frame of the JSI Tomcat mould!
Re: "Checkers" the Tomcat landing

Probably not, but then again the real ones don't as a rule land on picnic tables.
This is an excellent looking model. I love the choice of scheme.

Don't you hate it when you sit down to a nice picnic and a Tomcat lands in your potato salad?Mad Sam wrote:Probably not, but then again the real ones don't as a rule land on picnic tables.

LOL
I think the potato salad's safe - it looks like he missed the wire (probably the no flaps thing!) - so he's on a go-round!

Is that his "arrester hook".....or is he just glad to be there? Very nice paint scheme...and I love that stand!......but it doesn't make MY arrester hook dangle!

Thank you for all the compliments. Pizzaguy did a great job on the stand. Checkers was coming in hot, but was able to stop before hitting the window. Good thing the picnic table was not pitching!
