1/16 FOV King Tiger figures--real or fictional?

I just got an FOV 1/16 King Tiger #008--Peiper. It comes with four figures, one being Jochen Peiper. I know King Tiger #008 was commanded by Eduard Kalinowsky. I don't know if the other three figures are real or fictional. I Googled their names and found nothing.

Does anyone know if the following soldiers are real or fictional:

1. Friedrich Steinhauer (Fallschirmjager)
2. Gerhardt Bergmann (Panzer)
3. Helmut Rossel (Fallschirmjager)
