Nice bird and I would love to see All-go make it also, but All-go doesn't have a tooled blown canopy for this plane. There are tons of cool schemes that they could make though and have all the right parts.

~~~
I'm quoting my post on the
All-Go...1/32...updated new pics thread
and is anybody with me that the hard to attain Double Nuthin' and the dark FW 190 (I forget its markings but it was released simultaneously with D.N.) would be obvious choices if AG is gonna go the re-release route? They were hard to find at Target and many were QC disasters, so I think a lot of collectors would like a second crack (or first) at grabbing one of those...
MG-42 wrote
......... were you referring to the FW-190F-8 "Black 2" or "White 7" ??? ...
Yeah, MG-42, I was referring to Black 2, although mine came in the red box that Target carried...I had to go to my storage unit to find it, and looking at it and Double Nuthin' again makes me think that AllGo should put them high up on any list of re-releases even with a less than perfect canopy on the FW...but I'm confused why the 190 is called Red 22 on the 21CT box...
...that is curious, the "Red 22" on the box. Never noticed it before. Of course all I have is the Target version with no history label on the box.
I personally would like a Maximowitz "Black 8" like hworth did a custom of.
I have a Matchbox 1:72 with this scheme (and possibly an Armor 1:100) It's always been my favorite, and one of the more striking 190's.
I'll take a "Red 22" too though.
* I have what I believe to be what could've been from 21st.C . A mistake that never got off the ground. I know , it sounds like an oxymoron but what you can't really see in my pic reveals more. It says ;
6 . / JG 301 North Germany April 1945 (S-3) Ltd. Edition
................... this tells me that (they) 21st.C had every intention to make this aeroplane but went belly up before it could go anywhere. Why go through the trouble of printing up a label for it otherwise ? ...
* The "Black 2" is an F-8 ... The "Red 22" is an A-9 ... both pilots (unknown) according to 21st.C .
Ok, I didn't pick up that the label on the box was for "Red 22", very interesting.....
