Blackhawk EIBF (Engine Inlet Barrier Filter)

Taking a stab at customizing the Blackhawk. I came across the filter while looking for RBF covers and thought it a little different. I used my wifes craft cuter to make the detail on the filters. I still have a couple support arms to make. How's it look?

Thanks for the comments. I will need to research larger mold making technics. I've made smaller molds, but nothing this size. I will need to put together some numbers and get a price.
Mathew, what silicone and resin would you recommend? I've been using alumilite, but I don't feel it will cut it from this project.

I have had very little success with alumalite.

This is what I use.

Update...
Got my first mold of the leftport filter and one of the support arms. The mold for the filter was a little disappointing. My first cast revealed air bubbles that formed to the original.
Trial and error. A couple youtube vids latter and I now have a vacuum degasser. That should help pull those bubbles out before pouring. Now I just need to order somemore silicone and try, try again. See what tomorrow brings. The olive drab got a little washed out by the camera flash.

Well, I was able to mold, cast and paint the right side. Then real life kicked in and I had to replace a water hose, power steering pump and gear box in my truck. When it rains it pours.
The vacuum de-gasser worked great for both the silicone and resin. I have be experimenting with a pressure tank for the smaller parts. I've been slush casting the parts to reduce the resin used. I need to make a rotational molding machine to get the parts more even.

Provided nothing else breaks I will get started on the left side this weekend. Gotta get it done before football starts-ups next week.

I am not good at pricing this stuff. If anyone were interested what would be a fair price for a bare kit and completed kit? I was thinking 15-20 for the bare kit and 30-35 for a completely painted assembled kit. A bare kit would be a out of the mold to you. I would clean up any flashing, but any imperfections (bubbles, seams, Etc) would be done by the kit builder. Give me your thoughts.

I have mainly problems with finding the matching colours and making a correct painting (have no airbrush and can't find in Switzerland the same products you have in the USA...). I'll have to add a heavy part of the price with shipping costs. But I would choose the finished kit, even if it's some more money.

All done. I am going to extend the upper support arm a couple more millimeters. I don't like the way it looks. Overall I like the look. It fills the void around the top and beefs up the look. The Olive drab is not a bad match. My hands are too shakey for the No Step on the supports. Is there any white No Step decals out there? My vinyl cutter won't do anything that small.
