DragonUSA plans for this year
I spent about an hour on the phone with my Dragon sales manager and he expects big things for Dragon this year. they really want to step up and start producing many never done vehicles and planes. they hope to have more regular releases every month and give HM a run for thier money. they feel they have a larger collector base and need to start developing more products.
I certainly hope they get it done. ive always been a big dragon fan, but the last few years Hm has become my go to company for our store. If Dragon comes thru im sure that will turn around. We are happy with new release info for the next couple months so only time will tell

This is kind of general. Really nothing at all. I'm disappointed.

Re: DragonUSA plans for this year
I am also a big fan of Dragon.
Their 1/35 armour is fantastic, although I only have about six pieces. Thanks to AG for these.
I do have a significant number of their 1/72 jets [F-14, F-15, F-16, and F-18's], and think that these are well done, and excellent value. Only minor complaint would be that they could have more weapons loadout, and that the molds are getting a little old. But I have no hesitation in recommending them. And have heard very good reviews of their 1/72 prop fighters.
With the announcement that HM is going to do the F-15, F-16, and F-18, Dragon faces significant competition in this area, and will need to improve if they want to compete.
However, their new announcements sound intriguing, although I do wish that these were done in a larger scale. But I am excited about the XB-70, U-2, and B-58.
Glad that Dragon is still a player, and wish them success.

Re: DragonUSA plans for this year
I'm glad that dragon finally has a solid response to HM's releases. Looking forward to these releases.
