I have a 109G book here at home and it does have a tank on the right side also.. It is a tank similar to the left side, but it only has one port and no filler cap.. I scanned it in and added it to the post in the link I posted earlier.. There is now a pic of both sides, although the new pic is of a stripped engine in restoration, but it should atleast help you identify the tank..
