Atlas Arado 196
Atlas Arado 196
A picture of the Atlas 1:72nd scale Arado 196 floatplane has been posted by member 24590613 on the DAF, which is paired with a Swordfish. Here's the picture. The Arado looks like one of the better ones from this often iffy line.[img][/img]

It's not like I don't have a 1/72 196, the Revell 196A-2 and 3 Encore(Airfix) 196A-3 on the shelf. I am just going to have to get this as I don't have it..same theory for the upcoming 1/32 kit from Revell.

DAF is Diecast Aviation Forum.
http://forums.diecast-aviation.eu/index.php?
Some members here, and at DHP, are members there.
A good forum. However it is very UK based, and definitely in favour of Corgi.
You should check it out, and form your own opinion though.

although Mule is doing by 2 Corgi German fighters get 1 free this month so I might go there for Opinions and Reviews since I am looking at 110Cs and Ju87B-2 for 40-41 Europe.

Some of the sites are offering the 1/32 kit for about $29 US. Seems like it may be close to the He-162 kit in complexity but I like that kit so I will definitely be adding the Arado to my closet of unbuilt wonders.Panzer_M wrote:It's not like I don't have a 1/72 196, the Revell 196A-2 and 3 Encore(Airfix) 196A-3 on the shelf. Re: Atlas Arado 196
Where can I get one of these? I don't see any listed on eBay. Any sellers selling them?
Re: Atlas Arado 196
The best place to look for the Arado 196-Swordfish set in on eBay/UK. One has already appeared and been gobbled up. Unfortunately most sellers don't ship to the U.S. but some do.
