Panzer IV question

I just purchased a Panzer IV and noticed that it didn't come with the skirts. Is this a version 1. Where can i get the skirts??

first verion does not come with skirts. There are repaint(s) coming out in time and they will have skirts.


Sometimes P IV's in combat did not have skirts....there are pictures of some that don't have them, so it's still accurate.

us panzer do not have skirt

the only one that has the skirt is the germany panzer

I am waiting for the release of the tanks skirt

if you find some let me know.

bad cat was to post to get some but 21st does not release it

The Euro Panzer with skirting is version 2, but only available Europe. It's a very cool addition if you can find a member or on-line to get one from. It is plastic and not diecast like the first version. I wonder if the other versions planned with the shirking will be diecast or plastic?

As far a getting shirts to add to the first version, a member was going to make a kit. I don't know if he is still working on it, because 21st C said that the newer version will have the skirting. You could always make your own. They also had thoma sceen shielding that could be added vs the steel skirting. I ho that helps

Actually without side skirts was more common . They tended to snag and catch on things very easily. They were designed to come off easlly for track repair. The turret shields however were attached solidly so they didn't come off.
