Testing again. I can't seem to get this on my avatar

I do a copy and paste here, but if I do it in my profile avatar control it says it's an invalid URL

Don't know what I'm doing wrong here?
Any help would be appreciated

BTW: thanks for the info guys, I need to get this image thing going on here...all talk no pics

Hey! can we go over this one more time? I'm on photobucket and have several thumbnails showing- I can click on the image and show several options of one sort or another as well as the ability to check the box and highlight the picture in a blue border- what next? I can't paste anything at this point- do I just try and go between windows to add a pic? can I select all images and avoid that sh.t? try explaining this to someone with an impressive learning disability- instead of something like - select the image and download!!! how about click this to do that, etc.

please...

at the top of this thread, VMF115 wrote- "click on image code, this will automatically copy it- then- right click it and paste in your post" explain, please, how this miracle happens- those magic 17 words do not produce the same result for me-

Did you read through all of the following posts on the first page? I posted a series of instructions that dealt specifically with Photobucket, including screenshots of Photobucket pages that show the "IMG code" line/box underneath the thumbnails. Try looking those over and see if it helps.

I figured it out- even with instructions, I'm one of those people that has to stumble blindly through the process. Then when I figure it out, it really is as simple as everyone says.

Ok this is weird. My uploaded photos only appear when I'm logged in, but viewing my posts after I'm logged off they are just the Photobucket jibberish.
