XD display

Post by tankduel » Sun Aug 21, 2005 8:33 pm

Here's a pic of my museum setup yesterday, I know the pacific background doesn't really go with the european stuff...can't wait to hang an Avenger and a Zero in front of that mural for some pics, there is an Avenger being restored at the this MOTAT museum at the moment.

Pretty slick! I take it that the T-34/85 is a 1:16 Trumpeter?

Thanks for sharing the photo. How long are you going to have it on display??

Thanks for the nice comments. The display is only up while I'm there, for 7 hours about 20 days a year. The XD and 1/16th tanks (yep thats the Wasan T34 upgraded with Tamiya electronics/combat system) are an add-on for the RC tank "U-Drive' I run for museum visitors.
I wasn't in a plane mood this time,so I left them at home.

Yea, nice stuff. Where can you get flags that size? I wouldn't mind getting a few.
