Ultimate GIs

Post by Fritzkrieg » Wed Jan 13, 2010 9:25 am

Using Scrap FOV and Dragon custom fodder, I was able to create, these highly articulated, Ultimate GI's.

The Head's legs and Arms are FOV. The Boots, Torso, and Gear is Dragon. And the Helmets are XD. I used no paint, just a dremel. LMK what you think.

Not bad! I like the AT gunners!

But as for the trooper in the green smock... AFAIK The only versions that came in that green where the early step in models.

And to do that you can use some elmers glue and paper and then form kinda baggy around the legs like it is the step in version and the thin coat of super glue sand smooth ad some detail like the zippers. I have not mastered that though.
http://www.epicmilitaria.com/product.ph ... jump-smock

and they where used through out the war and also came in camo.

and did you know that each division had there own blue scarf with white dots? I just found out about it... like size of dots and number of dots.. But I mean not to paint them on the figures but as a fun fact xD lol

But looking GREAT!
I am also working on some FJs for my diorama...somewhere in italy.. aswell as some reworked DAK dudes!

Great work again A+=(XDx1/18)= Oh can you help me with algebra? lmao. To bad studying for the GED (im taking it early) is sucking up XD time
