Anyone interested in a Wooden German Tiger Tank

Post by opfor » Sun Jan 17, 2010 7:57 pm

I realize this is not a plastic model but I thought there might be some German Tiger lovers who might be interested in seeing the newest series in wooden model tanks. This is somewhere in the scale range of about a 1/24th. I just had these produced and I think they are pretty accurate considering they were carved by hand. I would be interested in hearing feedback both positive and negative regarding accuracy and features. Thx

Well it is kind of a neat novelty.

You see things llike this in a suvanier shop.

They have motor cycles cars and such.

Personaly it does not interest me. I would see it in one of those shops and say to myself hmm a Tiger tank in wood and look at something else.

This probably does not help.

That is some amazing detail for a wooden model. Very nice.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Yeah they do indeed make all kinds of things out of wood. I'm just trying to break away and offer a newer line of things that interest me and things I think others might like to see as well.

What is going on with you Tambo, staying busy at FTC? I'm hoping to have your MH-47G in soon, this is the newest version that is painted and has the minguns out the windows. Keep thinking about what you want for that 16 and maybe we can come up with a good trade the next time I'm up. Probably be Apr or may time frame. Thanks for checking in.
