How about an 1/18 comanche helicopter? Talk about cool.

A 1/18 Commanche would be great! Keep hoping that someone like Forces of Valor or PTE will make one.

BBI was all set to release one but when the army cancelled the real one, BBI cancelled theirs.

I would like to hear from the industry why helicopters have been ignored. Jason, can you offer any thoughts? Bbi did such a great job on the few they did with the Kiowa and Lil' Bird really shining. The smaller ones were easily flown around the house and fairly rugged. Now the Apache and Blackhawk are certainly intimidating due to length and rotor footprint, but the seemed to sell well.

Obviously Bbi is our only hope at a Hind or Havoc, I just wish I knew why.

Helicopters are not ignored really. We have the most iconic transport bird of the VN era and the most iconic transport bird of the modern era. We also have a badass Cobra, an amazing LB and Kiowa, and pretty nice Apache. All things considered a half dozen very nice helos is not a bad representation. I would love a Sea Stallion or Chinook, but I can see how they would be a serious endeavor for one of these timid companies.
