Where are the JSI Pilots and accessories?

Post by tkjaer21 » Mon Dec 14, 2009 12:54 pm

Was there ever an estimated time from of when the "optional pilots" and ground crew with the tow and fuel tractors were to come out. Now seems like a good time as any.

I wonder if the e-tailers know the time frame.

A posting on the Badcat Blog noted first quarter of 2010 for the pilots and ground crew. I imagine the pilot figures could simply be knock-offs from the BBI version, perhaps with the HGU style helmet. Whatever the case, I've got my custom pilots ready in the mean time

Thanks for the reply.

I wonder why businesses continue to do things like not having them out when their counterpart product is released. They would be more likely sell out if that were the case then waiting on it.

It is like Wal-Mart not releasing the new G.I. Joe figures on the day that the movie came out while every other place had them ready to be purchased. They missed the mark on it and now, nearly all of the Wal-Marts, are knee deep in the first two waves of that series.

That is just an example of not having product ready or before hand and how it could hurt more than enable a companies product. Imagine if JSI had already had the Pilot figures and accessories out before the actual release of the plane. I bet they would have sold out sooner because of the anticipation.
