Good to know, I haven't heard anything from them since I placed the order. The order status has remained the same: processing. Did you receive a shipping email or anything?
I received a confirmation email on my order the day of. Maybe they were flooded with orders after mine and cannot process them?
Guess I dodged a bullet then?

I ordered mine right when this thread was made, and it came in the mail yesterday. didn't get a sipping notification or anything, it just showed up. the sale is storewide so it's probably just swamped with orders? I may have gotten mine so quick since I ordered so quickly

OP here.
I saw some people started worrying about the seller, so let me tell my experience.
Before I found this sale on their website, I have purchased from them several times. It usually took 2-3 weeks for delivery - a bit longer than other internet retailers. But in the end, they will send the item to you. I hope this helps.

No, I have no affiliation with them ... but I felt a bit responsible for those who were dissapointed with their service.

I am one of those people who are burnt about there order so i am just angry about it, so I apologize for the accusation. I spent 300 bucks and its been 3 weeks, and nothing, no email, no phone, no nothing. I'm trying to do a paypal charge back but ill know in a couple of days on the outcome.

I sent them an email inquiry with no response, I will wait a little longer for the Paypal dispute.

yes what bugs me is the lack of customer service......i don't care if they are going bankrupt, are swamped with orders, take 4 weeks to ship etc... . if they're busy ok. if it takes 4 weeks i don't care, but a simple reply to an email should be the least they could do
it seems like they are most likey are a small opperation and due to the bankruptcy they probably have very few people working.

Everything I ordered arrived yesterday, and amazingly it was on the exact day the UPS notification from a couple weeks ago indicated.

Did you look at your order on their website?
If so, what did it say?
All mine says is: 9 items Processing...

Ya True, This was my first order and my last order. Nothing should take 3 weeks to process. But note it will take 2 weeks more to get your money back. Its a jacked up process all together.

I don't understand a lack of patience when it comes to these clearance sales. After all, the items have been available a long time - if you cared to get them quickly you would have bought them already, right? When I am lucky enough to score great deals I give some leeway in delivery time. Who cares how long it takes?

For me it is more of the time frame and complete lack of communication making me wonder if I will ever receive my items. With Paypal I have a limited time to recoup my money if they have taken my money and ran.

Digger i have a JSI f-14 to sell you at a clearance price of $50, but its will take 3 years to get and in that time i will not replay to your emails, phone calls or messages sent by pigeon, I may even die in that time but since its clearance it should be no big deal correct, you'll wait right. I need it paid in full up front, lets make a deal.
