Let it be said ....
In the past I have had some problems with Skywork toys.
I have made some insults in the heat of anger.
That has passed into history.
Jack (from Skyworks ) called me a few months ago. Believe when I tell you there was heated dialoge.
Belive me.
After about a half hour of it we calmed down. We even became civil.
We both appalogized to each other and at that time I told Jack that I would not say another negative thing about him.
I have not.
That being said we have burried the hatchet so many months ago but as things have progressed we have not talked to each other since.
There has been a post about his Tony. It is a little pricey , but it is a work of art. The rendition of "MY "Tony would not have looked as good.
He has a talent that this hobby needs.
Of course I do not want to take warm showers with him but ....

Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Let me hear your guns!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: My what?
Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Your guns! Ack, ack, ack, ack, ack!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: [fires his airplane's guns] AHHHH!

Greetings:
I will echo what Matt said.
Skyworks and I had an issue as well. Some harsh things were said at the time on this forum by me. I regret being like that to Jack in a public venue and also allowing some insults fly in the heat of anger. I left my emotions get the best of me at the time and probably said some things publicly I should not have. I apologized to Jack and I feel we are on good terms at this point.
I've been conversing regularly with Jack over these many months. He has promised to make a replacement for the tail of my F-16 and I have accepted that. He is working on it and I trust he is. I understand Jack's point of view making all these parts, pieces and planes mainly as a hobby takes a lot of time and money. We've spoken a lot of about this and about how the economy has affected both of us greatly over the last year. I trust Jack will make my replacement part and it will be just fine. I'm willing to wait patiently until he can get to it.
Jack's models are a part of the 1/18 hobby right now and sorely needed. They are expensive and I only wish I could afford them all, but they are pretty cool. It is good to see him be a part of our community officially.
