Hey yall!!! Me and MRS.RED went to CHARLESTON.S.C. last weekend for a 4 day get away!!! We stopped by PATRIOTS POINT and toured the U.S.S. YORKTOWN and the U.S.S. CLAMAGORE!!!Outside the main enterance was a 1:20ish scale Sub and DESTROYER made of steel!!!If any of yall are in the CHARLRESTON area I would try to stop by PATRIOTS POINT---You wont be sorry!!!---RED---

if they're 1/20 scale they'll be about 15 and 20 feet long respectively. Made of metal i bet they're pretty heavy. Stug....why don't you give me a hand and you can take one and i'll take the other.

It looks like a Fleet Submarine, but I can't quite nail down the class, the conning tower has a less common shape than most of the Fleet Subs I've seen. Perhaps a modified postwar Tench class...?? You didn't by any chance see a name plate on this thing did you Red...??
