Largest plane (for now): BBI F-18 or the F-16.
Both are about the same size. The Avenger has the longest wingspan, but the F-14 will top all of those when it comes in November.
Largest armor: 21c 1:6 scale R/C M-5 Stuart.
That is also the heaviest piece in my collection, and the closest I'll probably ever get to owning a tank. That piece really symbolizes 21c's classic tendency to make military models in "xtreme" sizes

I have the old Stafford B-24 kit. I have the empanage done and the fuse roughed in. I thought it was 1/18 scale but it is 1 / 14.66 scale W/S is over 90" .
They say it is 1/12 scale but that would have a wing span of 9 feet.
