Need some help. Trying to figure out what to use

What I want to do is to get a mold of the neck of a bottle.

The cap is on so all I have to do is poor something in.

I need something sorta light weight that is durable that could be sanded a little to shape.

I could use resin but thats a bit pricey.

What im working on is a full scale panzerfaust Klien 30m and the coke bottle head is almost the shape of the tip of the projectile with a little sanding down

Maybe you can try some of that expanding foam stuff.
