and added the crew!

it really blows away the 21stC one, and I managed to pick this one up for about $60 on ebay. the driver's hands even fit on the steering wheel and the shifter perfectly!

The guy in the back seat looks like he’s pinching one off. :D Got to love those faces! Did you have to remove their legs to get them in? The IJ Germans that were out recently fit in pretty well without having to remove legs. Maybe yours went in smooth as well. Their heads also tilt so they don’t look like they're looking at the stars while driving.

Yeah, that is a great piece. I picked up one in both color schemes, but the Dark Grey one is the more realistic looking of the two. I had to remove the boots of my Germans to get them to fit. But it looks great displayed.

those IJ germans look pretty good. how do they compare to 21st in terms of detail/accuracy/scale?

Those are the SS repaints of 21st Century figures, not Indiana Jones figures.

Haha, I know that much I posted the pics!

I'm talking about IJ figs themselves and how they are accuracy wise as I have none

The IJ line had three German military figures: the regular DAK soldier from Raiders, the motorcycle rider and Colonel Vogel from Last Crusade. The motorcycle soldier is perhaps the most accurate of the bunch and Colonel Vogel is not too bad either for something approaching a German officer's dress uniform. The DAK soldiers are the weakest in terms of accuracy and do not look too much like the movie ones, not an actual DAK German soldier. The IJ figures are also noticably shorter than other 1:18 figures. The 21c, Dragon, and FOV 1:18 German soldiers are all far more accurate than the Hasbro ones as well. However, the Hasbro Germans are nice figures when taken on their own merits and without regard to historical accuracy.
