Wanted: 1/32 P-47 Thunderbolt--Dave Schilling

Post by dragon53 » Tue Sep 08, 2009 7:55 am

I'm looking for a 21st Century 1/32 P-47D Thunderbolt--Dave Schilling. It came both in the duo pack with an FW-190 and was sold by itself.
Send me a PM if you have one available.

SLEDGEHAMMER:

You win some and you lose some.

Also, was your P-47 out of the box from the FW-190 duo pack or the P-47 that was sold individually?

bought it at walmart 2 years ago up in Petosky. It was a solo, and oh I wish 21st would have done the same scheme in 1:18. By far the neatest paint of all the jugs,

SLEDGEHAMMER:

You're lucky. I never saw the Schilling P-47 (duo or single pack) in Wal-Marts here. All I ever saw in Wal-Marts here were FW-190s, FW-190s and more FW-190s.

Badcat apparently sold a lot of Schilling P-47s/FW-190s---but I've never seen one offered on SSHQ.

Thats the way it seemed to have worked with WM distribution. If I remember corrctly I think I saw 3-4 different solos in various stores, and 2-3 combos that I never did get, but could have on clearence for 17 bucks. Wish I would have known then what I know now seems to be the word of the day.
