1/18 21stC Panther with interior!

How many of you were disappointed with the panther? This one may not be fully accurate but it sure beats nothing!

But you need to paint those hatches off white .

Great modifications! First time I've seen someone around here add an interior of sorts to the Panther

The inside of German tank hatches are not off-white. You have several options, but not off-white.

One is to paint the inside of the hatch with the base exterior color.

Another is to paint it with the two interior colors that were used during the war.

Elfenbein RAL 1001, which is kinda beige in color.

Graugrün RAL 7008, which is the darker, gray-green color.

Also in 1944, there was an order to leave the interior color in red primer, to speed up production.

quite right GD, and since it is a late model Panther, red primer would be my choice.

Paint the whole tank Pink! then you can have a true "Pink Panther"

The little map and posters and stuff I just drew on plain paper. In fact the entire interior is just painted card paper

You can't see it in the pics but I also added the inner section of the cannon (breech?)
