Now before all you peeps decided to pry off the hatch, there is nothing inside and its painted shut, both of the Me-262's A & B radio compartment Me-262's where not glued.......and to remove the hatch you must get it from behind

......and pop it out with a long screwdriver that is if you did not put you screw caps on...
I have been thinking about doing this for along time.

Man that looks cool.
It brings out that much more detail to a great looking model.

I am not sure what you mean by "different." Only that in some of the pix the compartment cover is on, in other pix it is off. How did you get the screwdriver in there anyway?

I am just show that the panel can be put back on you have to remove the wings form the fuselage. there is an opening inside. then place the screw driver "where you thing the panel is. you can push on the screw driver and feel it pushing the panel outward other than that you have to guess. be careful on how you handle the fuselage. if tehre is to much restince the paint build up might be to great but you ca nstill push it out.
Much more of a delicate dance with the night fighter, you have the radar whiskers, the antenna mast and double hinge canopy to watch out for.
