I like the P-38 scheme. It will be wierd to eventually get it, know its a 21c plane, but have it in a different box and made by a different company. Sort of like those Ford cars build in China...
The Tiger tank also looks good, but I'm kind of disappointed to see they made Boyington's Corsair. I liked the fact that my old 21c one was so rare and collectable and this new one will just flood the market.

Actually, Xerox has not been declared a generic term like aspirin or jello yet even though several dictionaries list it as a verb.
Xerox constantly uses advertising to try to persuade people not to use it that way, and they go after people who use it that way in print.
I feel it is a losing battle myself - it doesn't hurt Coca-Cola to have people refer to sodas as Coke as the drink itself has become so iconic they think Coke when you say Coke, whereas when you say xerox people don't necessarily think of Xerox brand copiers.

So is the new P-38 "Pudgy" painted silver or is it that chrome finish? And if it is chrome, how does it stand up?
I know things I've had in the past that were chrome started to tarnish or fade a bit after a while.
My poor credit card is starting to smolder again.

Is JSI going to make figures?? we need new figs to go with that Tiger

The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.

STUG45:
Regarding JSI figures, Badcat said about the 1/18 F-14, "Weapons loadout and pilot sub-packages could be popular sellers and add to the the aircraft's legs and shelf life."
This sounds like the JSI F-14 pilots are optional, similar to what Hobby Master and Dragon did with some of their 1/72 planes at one time.
According to Historicaviation.com, JSI's P-38 and F4U come with pilots.
