Frak! I wanted the Atantic Avenger. I had to give my 3 year old a bath and missed out. Oh well.

Looks like MD is rockin on!!!!! Seems like a never ending supply of XD items. No discount though on those 2-packs as they are priced just a few cents lower than what TRU charges. I also noted that they lowered the prices for the Platoon figures too.

I wonder what their methodology is for pricing. Prices on Migs and 1/32 items seem to fluctuate both up and down by the day, if not the hour. And there doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to it as it happens on items that have not gone out of stock. I can see the SS Figure sets as they sell out ultra fast, MD gets some more and raises prices. But why would the NK Mig go from $27.99 up to $34.99 and everywhere in between? Luckily I have benefitted, not suffered from these price changes.

Decided to pick up a Huff. Best price I can find at this time (should've pulled the trigger when MD had 'em for cheap). Now I will have all of 21C's jets.

Yes, the pricing does seem funny at times... Some items are very cheap and others more. Some items have gone up in price over time. For example, I bought an ME-262 nightfighter for $28 10 days ago and now its up to $40. Still not a bad price by any means, but not as good as it was

I think it is a very wise tactic to draw traffic to the site. A tactic that works very well on me, and others apparently!

I received this email today from MD...
The Blammo Sale is winding down, but we still have some stuff up our sleeves, so be sure to keep an eye on the site.

I have one already, but the Bunker Hill Corsair is not too bad a price considering the market, and they're gone in most places.

Not bad prices on the aircraft all around, all things considered. They are pretty much at the regular level, non-panic level. That is, save for the over-priced Lightning

No Fallschirmjagers yet

I suspect if the Fallschirmjagers ever hit MD, they will be gone in 60 seconds flat.

My two Avengers arrived Wednesday from MD. I ordered the Atlantic and Flt 19 Lt. Gerber(#81) and both arrived in fine shape. The one thing that struck me was the size

frickin HUGE. I don't know why I was surprised, I see the 1:1 Avenger at the American Air Power Museum at least 5 times a year. So for now I've put the Atlantic one together. A very nice model...Thanks 21st and the folks at Monkey Depot.
