How clean are those markings? The #10 looks a little rough. Perhaps a custom returned to Walmart and then subsequently given back to 21C?
Also the spinner is not correct for an Eismmer.
Yup, it's a Seeman spinner, and the rubberband securing the canopy is yellow, not clear. It's been re-boxed.
Incredibly cool find nonetheless.

* How can you really tell the difference , depends on the model & the maker. Rough or smooth ? ... Artist or amateur ?
