Did Franklin Mint purchase CDC molds from Matchbox?

Did Franklin Mint purchase CDC molds from Matchbox?

I have heard that Franklin Mint bought the CDC tank molds. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, are they going to do a line of 1/72 tanks?

It could be a possibilty.. Franklin bought out Armour, which was CDC Armour.. Maybe Franklin is seeing the Dragon success and looking into the 1/72 market.. I would think the molds would be "mostly" outdated by now though.. :?
