Badcat's "Blammo Log"

Post by dragon53 » Wed Apr 01, 2009 8:28 am

Maybe this is an April Fool's joke considering Badcat apparently bought many of Monkeydepot's "Blammo Sale" 21st Century models, but this is a new product from Badcat's blog:

"Blammo's Log Arrives at the 'Cat April 1st, 2009

If selling model airplanes and action figures wasn't enough, Bad Cat has hooked-up with the Blammo Corporation to market its line of Log toys. That's right, Log. It rolls down stairs, alone or in pairs and runs over your neighbors dog. It fits on your back, it's great for a snack, it's log, log, log.

Yes, crafted from pine, almond, oak, and other rare trees, Log is the perfect toy, gift, and collectible. Durable yet natural, Log looks great sitting on a shelf or hung from the ceiling. It's Log. It's big, it's heavy, it's wood. It's Log, better than bad, it's good.

See our youtube Log Commericial.

Due to high demand and low supply we are requesting that all Log orders be placed on our special Log hotline where Eric will be eager to take your call (530) 271-2105x722. Please scream "I want my Log" into the phone and he'll take care of the rest."

I know it's April Fool's Day.

I love Ren & Stimpy so I know the "Log" song by heart. (Civil War Log is the best)

But this...I don't get it? What's the joke exactly?

Maybe there's an accessory pack (BCA exclusive) that includes wings and propeller.

Lame, lame, lame. Retailers who take the name of Ren & Stimpy in vain will pay dearly.
They might not even be allowed to participate in the Yak Shaving Day festivities!

Palisades' Log pack-in rocked.

Sad the R and S line didn't make it passed one series.

BCT: Don't ya Love to Hate 'em

Hmmm, some things never change.

Last time I posted here, Bad Cat was rumored to be scavenging Wal-marts throughout California's Central Valley looking for XD on clearance.

I believed it years ago and I don't doubt they're at it again.
